Universal cap plugs

Universal cap plugs are designed to be both a plastic cap and a plastic plug. The simple but unique design makes it possible to use these caps for both purposes. Universal caps plugs are mainly used for protecting PE pipes, particularly water pipes but they can be used as general dust and transport protection caps.

Universal caps plugs have a small hole in them to allow for the expansion of air in PE pipes. This is very useful for pipes which are stored outside during a job where sunshine can heat the air in the pipes forcing the caps out of the end of the tubes. The PE pipes can then be contaminated if the caps are lost so these caps are particularly useful for water pipes where it is essential to keep the inside of the water pipes clean.

Common applications for Uni Caps include: Water pipe caps, general pipe caps, gas pipe caps.

Uni Caps are also commonly known as: Pipe covers, PVC covers, pipe fittings, pipe plugs, safety caps, plastic lids, tube fittings, tube caps.
