Sap Seal

SAP-SEAL nut and bolt protection caps are a reusable, threaded plastic cap that is prefilled with lubricant. Simply screw it onto nuts and bolts in any corrosive environment. SAP-SEAL protection caps have an internal thread allowing them to be easily fitted and removed.

Applications for Component Force Sap Seal Caps: bolt caps have been used for years on the North Sea oil platforms. Nut caps are effective underground, underwater, and in open air. Thread protectors protect against rust, salt water, and chemical corrosion. SAP-SEALS are maintenance free - they stay in place for years.
