I found the service provided excellent. I explained to Callum the problem we had with our goalposts, he knew what I was talking about and immediately offered to send a sample of each of the products. We received them the next day as promised and they fitted perfectly. I was then able to order the goods over the phone and a proforma invoice was raised immediately. The goods arrived the next day as promised and I was even advised by email of the time they would arrive within a one hour time span. Spot on again. Excellent service thank you.

I'm sure that often you only get a reply if there was a problem with a customer’s order! I can only say that I have been extremely happy with your service.

Firstly, finding your site by putting 'rubber feet' into Google and easily navigating to what I required.

The only hiccup was not being able to 'add to basket' which was swiftly sorted out over the phone with your IT guy. (It was not clear that I had to register first rather than after I had chosen items and proceeded to checkout)

He was also able to answer a simple question about the product I wished to order

as he said he used to work in sales.

I ordered, paid online and my bag of 25 rubber feet arrived the following morning within the

one hour time slot given by Interlink Express.

And as a bonus the product is perfect for my requirements!

The world of blanking plugs, grommets and other associated bits of plastic mouldings was a complete mystery to me so thankfully I stumbled upon the Component Force website which put me on the right track.
